Overwhelmed by life’s challenges and emotions?

Let’s talk.

Our worst moments and traumas do not define us. In therapy, I help you make positive changes through developing insight and learning skills to cope with negative thoughts and feelings. We partner to leverage your strengths to develop the tools you need to regulate, navigate life, and reach your full potential. Together, we explore your unique experiences, thoughts, and emotions so that you can feel more than better; you can feel good.

About My Practice

My Therapy Philosophy

I am a compassionate, neurodiversity affirming therapist who believes that every individual has the ability to discover their strength. The therapeutic relationship can support exploration of your whole self to feel like your better self, even when you are not at your best. Times of crisis can be an opportunity to learn, to reset, to get a fresh start. First, we need to understand what we are going through, to allow ourselves to have feelings, and, when we are ready, take the step towards learning and using skills to feel better. There is not one right path; rather, there are many to chose from, and therapy can empower you to choose yours.

  • Stress, depression, and anxiety impact children and teens differently from adults, and they also have wonderful capacity to develop coping skills and find their inner strength. Whether neurodivergent or neurotypical, children can experience anxiety that they don’t quite know how to talk about, or behavioral issues that require additional support. Teens can experience struggles with depression, anxiety, school stress, friend and dating issues, and overthinking, among other life and mental health issues. Speaking to a professional can help sort it out.
